Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Clank ("Clank", "we", "us"), a Discord application that generates images and text from prompts. By adding or using Clank, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines.

What Clank does

Clank turns your prompts into images (and occasionally text) inside Discord, and keeps a per-server memory to inform its responses. The service is provided as is; features, limits, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you ask Clank to make. You must not use Clank to create, or attempt to create:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes real people without consent;
• content that harasses, threatens, defames, or targets a real person;
• content that is illegal, or that infringes others' intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• disinformation or impersonation intended to deceive.

Clank refuses some requests automatically, but that is not a guarantee — the responsibility for your prompts and their outputs is yours. We may block, rate-limit, or remove access for abuse.

Free use, credits & payments

Clank includes a free daily allowance per user. Additional usage may be offered as credits purchased through Discord's in-app purchasing, subject to Discord's payment terms. Except where required by law or Discord's policies, purchased credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may expire if the service is discontinued.

Content & ownership

You keep responsibility for the prompts you submit and confirm you have the right to submit any reference image. As between you and us, outputs Clank generates for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, display, and operate the memory features described in the Privacy Policy. You may not resell or repackage the Clank service itself.

Disclaimer & liability

Clank is provided without warranties of any kind. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable — do not rely on them as fact or advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior three months.

Termination

You can stop using Clank and remove it from your server at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes & contact
